Redesigning a challenging enclosed beach house giving more openness to the facade.
The concept was to add and subtract from the existing form to modify the directions of the viewpoints of the spaces. However, maximise the transparency and visual connection between the building and the sea by maximising the use of the glasses in the front façade.
The mission was to Redesign the facade of a beach house to be more contemporary and open toward the sea. The existing building was designed in an enclosing view concept where all the view spaces face one central point and that was a challenge.
The modifications have been made to the rooms facing the see and the form was modified to have a contemporary unique architectural style.
