Creating a relaxing space toward the sea using minimal lines, and open spaces integrated with the nature.

Mission
To design a chalet on the beach where the client can enjoy summer holiday. The site is not flat. It has a slight slope toward the sea.

Design
The topography was advantage because we could play with the levels of the chalet. Different functions on different levels which helped to give the view to every spot in the project. Moreover, the elevation facing the street should have privacy and the inner one
The back elevation was design in solid way using brick and plastering so it gives the space its privacy while the front elevation facing the sea was designed in a fully transparent way.
