The challenges in this project were to make a unique complex project that includes stores, Labour Housing, and offices with taking into consideration the sustainable and the aesthetic aspects.
Moreover, the client wanted a maximum commercial benefit for the project in the same time he wanted a unique piece of architecture that is not usually seen in the town.
So the concept was to create an introverted space that will provide lovely shaded spaces in-between and will give an opportunity to take advantage of the depth of the site. However, the first impression played a big roll in creating the user experience in the project.
