A courtyard was designed in the middle of the villa separating the entrance and the service zone in the ground floor from the main living area, and it is the main view for all the stories.

It was a challenge to design an experience in a very small space as the site given. There were no views around the site, and the buildings beside were attached to the site with no spacing.

So two meters were left all around the villa so the villa will be floating in the site.
